fluid cooks up vegetable based brochure for heathcotes
Lancashire based design agency Fluid Creative has designed and produced an ultra-environmentally friendly brochure package for event catering specialists, Heathcotes Outside.
Working in conjunction with Heathcotes, Fluid designed and created a range of CD folders and corporate folders for the company using 50% recycled papers, as well as vegetable-based inks. All the pulp used was sourced from well managed forests in which trees are farmed as crops, in keeping with Heathcotes strong environmental principles.
Jon Greenwood, Creative Director for Fluid Creative, says it's great to see companies implementing strict environmental policies, "It's good that companies are still striving to be as environmentally friendly as possible and continuing to work that way can only have positive effects. Heathcotes are proud of their commitment to the environment and wanted to ensure their customers were aware of that fact, so we printed a strap line on the folders to explain that we used vegetable inks and that the brochures had been produced using food on food!"
